Verheim exists to make life-sciences validation a first-class authoring craft. The product is the practice, not the software; the software is the medium through which careful practice becomes legible, repeatable, and reviewable. The work is proof, not paperwork.

We build for quality teams who are done with tools that treat validation as bureaucratic friction. Our thesis is that a small, careful authoring platform \u2014 designed by people who have lived inside the regulations \u2014 outperforms larger tool suites that optimise for checkbox coverage. The customer owns the record; we only help author it.

This mission generalises. The company is set up so that a second platform can ship under the same editorial standard as SAGA did \u2014 same discipline, same authoring-craft register, same customer-owns-the-record contract. What that second platform looks like is the roadmap's question to answer.

Verheim is the company. SAGA is its first platform. We call SAGA a flagship because it is the platform the company's name is currently known for \u2014 not because it is the only platform the company will ever produce.

The first of a platform family. More offerings are on the roadmap. We are not ready to describe them; we would rather ship the second before naming it than post a teaser for work we have not finished. When the second platform is ready, it will appear here with the same amount of evidence SAGA carries today.

Verheim rolls out SAGA directly. There is no indirect sales tier, no intermediary arrangement, no implementation programme at launch \u2014 the company contracts with the team that will use SAGA, signs the same agreement pharma customers sign, and treats integrator engagements as first-class customers. We may offer something more structured for integrators once the first wave of direct engagements has finished shipping; until then, the relationship is customer-to-vendor, plainly.
